In 2013, I decided that it was time for me to be serious about improving my health and reaching and then maintaining a healthy weight. However, I was at a loss - I felt like I had tried everything short of super-gimmicky plans. I just wasn't willing to go there. I reached out to a friend who shared with me her journey to Optimal Health, and invited me to join her. I spoke with my doctor about this program, and he encouraged me to go for it!
